Applications
Process conditions as below:
GW-SM320 1.0-2.0%(o.w.f) Liquid Ratio 1-20 Time 45-75minutes Temperature 50-55°C pH value 6.5-7.5 Enzyme inactivation The cellulase should be inactivated by detergent or clean water after treatment. The method of completely inactivation is as follows: Use 1-2 g/L soda ash to adjust pH value to 10, washing for 15 minutes at the temperature of 80°C. Storage Package 25kg/ plastic woven or kraft paper bags. Keep in a closed container at about 25°C for at least three months shelf life.
Safety and considerations
This product is stable to slight chemical action. However, it can be shaped into powder by excessive mechanical lapping or smashing. Any missing even a little bit, you must gently scoop up and put them into plastic interlining containers. Use protective mask. Small and large scattered omission must be sucked up using Vacuum equipment or wash with water (do not splash).
