All in one bleaching agent SB LP920 can effectively replace most of agents used in the traditional sodium hydroxide bleaching process, suitable for cotton and its blends. It can be used in various processes, such as dye vat dyeing, jet overflow dyeing and pad dyeing and so on.

1. Discontinuous process ---suitable for yarns, knit fabrics and towels

Process: prepare chemicals→cloth entering→90~95°C×30mins→warm washing→cold washing→cloth discharging

Process
(1) grey fabric→singeing→extingiushing→padding (pick up: 100%)→ steaming at 102°C for 50~70mins→warm washing→cold washing→drying
(2) grey fabric→singeing→extingiushing→padding (pick up: 100%) →cold pad batch for 8~24hrs→steaming at 102°C for 15~30mins→warm washing→cold washing→drying
